About Me

Hello, my name is Eve Bea and I'm a fully insured RSPH Accredited Level 4 Nutrition Specialist, with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science. 

I truly believe that nutrition is your secret weapon to adding years to your life, to training harder and longer, to achieving more, to a happy, healthy body and mind. Nutrition is the cornerstone to living well, and it is something that's in our control. 

As a professional equestrian trick rider, I live an active outdoors lifestyle, so knowing how to fuel my body correctly has been key to not only sustaining energy, mood and performance during the show season, but also maintaining and improving fitness and muscle during the off-season.

I work with a kind and understanding manner, tailoring guidance to best suit you and your lifestyle, whilst providing science-backed methods that will allow you to reach your goals.
